The Revival Notice.

All items from The Revival Dept. are custom‑made via Printful after purchase. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, fit issues, or change of mind. Please continue reading for more information.

For Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We want you to be thrilled with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted:

  • Please contact us (via our website) within thirty (30) days of delivery with a clear description of the issue.

  • We’ll coordinate with you, the buyer, and Printful to issue either a free replacement or a full refund, depending on availability and circumstances.

Lost Packages or Delivery Issues

If your order doesn’t arrive and tracking shows it’s lost or delayed:

  • Let us know within 30 days after the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with Printful on your behalf and explore a replacement.

Exchange Requests

Because all orders are printed on demand, we do not accommodate exchanges for size or color mistakes. If you’d still like assistance, feel free to reach out—we may offer options such as a discounted on a case-by-case basis.
